About the Author

Nadya Nathan started working as an IT Trainer in 2007, became a Training Lead in 2008, and went on to win the The Learning Performance Institute's acclaimed Gold Award for Trainer of the Year in 2011. She's been involved in many successful system implementations over the years and is well aware of the complexities and challenges that come with implementations. Her aim being to help her clients and other trainers handle and overcome these and go on to achieve success.
